My Story

I am dedicated to making the process of buying and selling your home a fun, easy, and stress-free experience. For many, this may be the most significant investment they make in their lifetime. With me as your Realtor®, I make sure my clients are always informed of what is going on during the process and what needs to be done to ensure things run smoothly. At Windermere, I have access to our professional staff and other experienced Realtors®, as well as mortgage lenders, escrow agents, insurance agents, and contractors to help my clients with all of their needs. A couple of my greatest attributes would be my drive to help others and the ability to problem-solve.

Growing up here in the Tri-Cities, where I raised my family, I have a vast knowledge of the area and local market trends. I bought my first house in my 20’s and have gone on to purchase two more that I turned into rental properties. Real estate is my passion, and I have a particular interest in renovating some of the well-known “alphabet houses” located in Richland. It’s truly an art to modernize them while also maintaining their historic charm. I have been an active member of the community for 25 plus years; one of my focuses being animal care/rescue. I have an amazing adult daughter also working in the business. I would call myself a ninja when it comes to multi-tasking.

When I am not working, you can find me outdoors. I enjoy paddleboarding or hitting the trails with my four pups exploring all the beautiful views the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I do enjoy dabbling in the kitchen, occasionally experimenting with new recipes.
