My Story

Hello, I’m Kim. I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent in Washington with Windermere Group One. I’ve lived in the Tri-cities my entire life and have seen it change and grow throughout the decades. I recognize the value and trust my clients place in me and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations.

Having watched Tri-Cities grow and develop I’ve gained an extensive knowledge about the area. Past career opportunities have also developed my customer service and problem-solving skills with my first experience in the real estate industry being work for a local plumbing company. Throughout my working career in the customer service industry I’ve always excelled in communication, problem solving and putting my client’s needs first and foremost.

I enjoy living in the area, the access to hiking, the river and the mountains make this a wonderful place to call home and raise a family. I enjoy being out on the river on my paddleboard, hiking Badger on the weekends or can be found on the slopes at White Pass as often as possible.
