My Story

Growing up in the Tri-Cities under the mentorship of his Realtor Grandfather, Chad learned a lot about the value of helping others in the real estate industry. His grandpa taught him the importance of really listening to and prioritizing clients’ needs. While dealing cards in local casinos for 17 years, Chad was able to bring his grandpa’s values with him to bring out the best in people. In that time, Chad saw many heartbreaking losses and he decided to enter an industry that left people smiling instead. That’s when Chad finally decided to join Windermere Group One in 2016. Since then Chad’s been voted by his fellow workmates as MVG (Most Valuable Groupie/MVP with a twist). “The fact that my peers have chosen me out of all the amazing people that I get to work with every day is the highest honor I’ve received to date”. Chad looks forward to helping you while achieving many more real estate goals and accomplishments.
