My Story

Hi, I’m Caroline! I am a Georgia native who made the 3000+ mile move to the Tri Cities with my husband of 14 years and our 2 children. I’ve worn many hats in my lifetime including mom, wife, Realtor, interior designer and home stager. Utilizing the experience and strategies gained from 8 years of experience as a Realtor, I am determined to fulfill your home buying, selling, or investment needs.

The most important part of my job, as your Real Estate Professional, is communication.

As your listing agent, my goal is to orchestrate the most rewarding, orderly, and stress-free real estate experience as possible. Utilizing my degree in interior design and staging, clients are provided with insightful tips designed to drive interest and reduce market time.

As a buyers agent, my goal is to listen with intent and use my resources to guide you through sometimes winding road of home buying.
