About the Connors Group

April has a rich heritage in the Tri-Cities area and offers local knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, events and activities. April’s team includes Elizabeth Bousquet and Amanda Barnes. Together they compose a strong professional support group that includes years of Real Estate and title experience, marketing savvy, strong negotiating experience, dedication to their clients discriminating needs and tastes, and a commitment to following each transaction through the close of escrow.

Elizabeth, being a millennial, is very tech-savvy and specializes in social media marketing. She uses her vast knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn in the Real Estate market to engage and capitalize on new audiences throughout the state to gain exposure for your listing!

April has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Washington State University. Her Real Estate experience is vast. Prior to her start in residential Real Estate sales, she served as the Operations Manager for Voit Development Company where she was involved in the development of individual commercial buildings, low rise industrial parks and high rise master-planned commercial centers. She has also completed the Urban Land Institute’s Commercial Real Estate Development School. April is certified as a New Home Construction Specialist.

The Connors Group’s business is strongly based on past clients and referrals.

Sensitive to the needs of families and individuals alike, April believes that homes are a foundation for people who create and sustain the community. April and her husband are raising four children in Kennewick and strongly support their local school districts and the countries of Haiti and Guatemala, where two of their children were born.
