My Story

Hi, I’d like to introduce myself!

 

I’m Tom O’Neil, a licensed real estate broker with Windermere Group One in Tri-Cities, Washington. Although I still feel like I’m new in town, I have been a Tri-Citian for over fifteen years, which almost makes me a native. I still miss my Michigan roots, but I have come to know and love this area and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

 

My goal is to guide you calmly, carefully, and patiently through the purchase or sale of your home. I clearly remember the anxiety and confusion of buying my first couple of homes. Stacks of documents, chock-full of legalese, and precious little explanation or guidance. As a Windermere agent, my job is to take that worry off your shoulders and help steer you through the process from beginning to end.

 

When I am not busy helping people like you to realize their real estate dreams, you might find me playing guitar or piano, or enjoying a good glass of wine or two. We may have already met if you ever visited Thomas O’Neil Cellars for wine, bistro food, and live music.
