My Story

Hello!  My name is Tim Hendershot and I have the honor to work with Windermere Group One here in Tri-Cities! 

I got into the business because I am a people person. To be a great agent, I believe in the power of relationships and the bond that keeps us together. Being a Tri-City native, living here for over 35 years, I know and understand the area, which allows me to find the home you want and desire!  I have learned to use a competitive market analysis to help deliver the best price possible for all buyers and sellers. 

A majority of my customer service skills come from over 20 years of experience working at your local Applebee’s, starting as a server, working all the way up to General Manager within my first 8 years. I had a dream to continue to develop myself and my team to be only the best and to achieve any goal we set. Being rated in the top 1% out of over 2000 General Managers in 2019 was my biggest accomplishment, and a confirmation that anything you put your mind to, can be accomplished.

Outside of helping my clients, I love to travel, hike, walk, and lounge by the pool in the Sun.  I love animals, family time, FOOD and helping people when I can. I have no doubt that with the commitment, passion, and respect for Real Estate I have, I will accomplish not only my goals in the future, but yours as well!
