My Story

Welcome to my Bio page!  My name is Marilyn French!  I am a Real Estate Broker with Windermere Group One in Richland Washington.

My husband, Larry French, and I have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Previously, we lived in Pendleton Oregon, but just couldn’t stay away from our grandchildren so we packed up and moved closer to family here in Tri-Cities Washington where we have now lived for over 14 years!

Taking care of my customers and giving them the best possible service has been at the heart of all I do. Prior to Real Estate, I was a small business owner in a mom and pop grocery store in Eastern Oregon, the owner of a bakery and catering business in Pendleton Oregon, and a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.  I have been successful throughout all these business adventures by focusing on my customer’s needs. I’d focus on building a relationship based on trust and honesty as well as listening to their needs and desires.  My biggest desire is to bring a little joy to you.  While the bakery business was tough and I worked long hours, when a little child would see their birthday cake and tell me it was “the best birthday cake I have ever had,” it made all the hours of hard work worth it!
