My Story

People show up in your life at just the right time.  Let me introduce myself.  My name is Annie Watters.  I am a Realtor with Windermere Group One in Tri-Cities.  I am a mama of 4 and a lover of all things green.  I love to be out in nature soaking up the sun or gazing up at the moon.  I’m an avid rock collector and enjoy peering through the lens of a camera capturing that snapshot we call life.  I have grown up in a family surrounded by Real Estate services and have learned first-hand that when you want to help people, you tell the truth, when you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear.  I will tell you the truth.  The good, the bad and the ugly.  I love to help others reach their potential, whether that is helping them buy their very own home, learning how to live a healthier lifestyle or implementing ways to practice a positive mindset.  With that said, I delight in being able to provide THE BEST care and attention to my friends, clients, and the community.  I am here to help make the home buying and selling process as smooth as humanly possible for you and would love to be your trusted Real Estate Advisor.
